Wefarm supported Heifer and its dairy farmers by providing peer sourced 资讯rmation and SMS farming tips through the Wefarm platform as well as regular data and insight reports based on (aggregated) farmer interactions.

Our farmer-to-farmer digital network gave Heifer the power to:

  • Scale the reach and impact of its dairy projects in Kenya.

Pret A Manger’s mission is to create, handmade, natural food, avoiding the obscure chemicals, additives and preservatives common to so much of the ‘prepared’ and ‘fast’ food on the market today. The company works with and buys coffee from the sustainably-led cooperative CENFROCAFE in Jaen, Northern Peru. For this partnership, Wefarm and Pret A Manger worked together to scale up the impact of Pret’s youth education programme for young coffee farmers. By providing access to Wefarm’s 资讯rmation sharing network, young people were able to share what they learned during the programme with other farmers and also continue to expand their own farming knowledge.
